My MacBook never fell or anything, but since about a month my MacBook has just went black, made these pixel thingys. I turned it off and after it was fine. Now my MacBook doesn’t turn on again. Have a video of it.

Sadly, I’l thinking the logic board graphics circuit had a failure. This series logic boards are very difficult to fix. Which only leaves replacement.
Hopefully you’ve been good on backing up!

Is it possible to still access the hard drive?
If you can't get it to even respond I don't know of any way. If you can boot up under Target Disk Mode then you might be able to hook up a second Mac via USB-C between them to gain access to your files.
