I just bought a new pair of Astro A10’s and i can hear the game and I can hear people in my party/game chat but they can’t hear me. Can someone help me fix this because i’m not able to return them since I opened the box?

Hi @james_113 ,
Did you check the Audio menu under the System Tab? It should be visible under the Settings option.
There is the Mic On/Off option as well as the volume for each channel.
Please see what headset icon is visible on the main screen (crossed or not).

Yes everything is turned on and all the volume settings are turned and my xbox says that I have a mic connected
Hey James, try restarting your device with the headset unplugged then join a party and see if it works, if not your headset probably doesn't work anymore.

I've been using them my on my ps4. I checked the volume settings and everything is turned on. But I cannot hear my personal tutor from https://domyhomeworkonline.net doing my high school hw.
