Turned GE side by side fridge down to clean it and now it doesnt work. The light is on in the fridge, but it doesnt cool or dispense ice and front display doesnt work. Tried the reset in the freezer with no luck.

There is the possibly that when you turned it down, it turned off. Turn it back to the original setting and leave it for a day.

None of the display works anymore and we are unable to turn it back on. The lights work inside, but the ice machine no longer works. My husband took the front display off and checked the breaker on the panel and that is not blown. We tried the reset of turning it off in the freezer for 30 seconds and then back on and pumping the lever three times and nothing happens. Nothing showing up on the display when we try to hit the warmer or colder buttons.

There are 2 temperature sensors in the freezer section of the refrigerator. This link will help you to locate them. They are part #241 and #242.
If you have an Ohmmeter, disconnect the power to the refrigerator and test the sensors (thermistors) for continuity to make sure that they are OK.
