Can the hinge covers be replaced easily?
The hinge covers on my aspire broke off which means the display cable is exposed. How easily can these parts be replaced?

although i do not have much experience with this type of laptop,
my answer would be no because you would most likely have to take apart the laptop and transfer parts on to the new display housing.
unless you have a vast experience with laptop disassembly and repair, i would not recommend attempting it.
