operators manual for aspire v acer laptop computer how can I get them

i received a acer aspire v laptop have a model no, snid no, sn no, but never got the owners operators manual and need it to answer a few questions and problems i am having. do not know it if is a windows 7-10 or whatever and would like to refer to it when i have problems like not being able to delete only a word or sentence that i am typing….cannot delete like i can on a desktop…how can i get these manuals most of the time they say that they are free……..help 3-17-20
