Why does a ps4 turning on then off?

I got a ps4 from a friend with the problem of turning on for 55 seconds then off. It turns on, turns the blue light on then starts blinking with the blue light, then turns to white. It turns the fan on and u can hear the disc drive trying to work. Then the fan stops and tries to continue, but at that moment u can hear some beeps that sound like it could be the hard drive.
