Speaker damaged. It will only turn on if it's charging.

EDIT: I already tried the factory reset holding the volume up and connect button. It doesn’t fix the issue.

Okay, so! I’m quarantined just like the rest of the world so at least it’s not THAT bad.

JBL flip 4 worked without a single issue for over a year, and I even got it second hand. Now, I was listening to some music cleaning my kitchen, and my stupid self lifts the mini oven the speaker was sitting on, and it drops on the hard floor from around 150cm height.

It instantly turned off upon impact. It did not want to turn on. Now the weird part for me at least - it charges properly, it TURNS ON properly whilst charging, and it works flawlessly even when unplugged from charging. BUT it will NOT turn on if it’s not connected to a power source.

I know I can work around this using an external power brick any time I am outside and want to use the speaker, but it’s obviously a pain in the ass and I’d want it to turn on without extra help. What could be the issue and how could I fix it?
