Can you provide more details? s the engine gettin gas?

My troy did start and was bellowing alot of smoke, more than usual and wouldnt stop. So i stopped it checked the oil which says its where its supposed to be and tried to restart it. now it wont start at all. put new gas that had sta-bil added to help with the ethenol issue and still nothing.
