No Title (You should edit this question)

I have exactly the same problem. Left my computer I think on hibernate and went traveling. When I came back it wasn’t working or charging…. did a lot of SOS like all the steps you see online. Nothing.

Finally ordered a new battery, replaced it but still the same problem. The green light on the charger is dimmed. Did you have a fix of this? Many thanks
