Turn power on just green light with no picture or sound. What should I

Try the following.

a). Power refresh the TV.

Turn off the TV (if on).

Disconnect the TV power cord from the wall outlet.

Press and hold the TV’s Power button for 30 seconds and then release the button, (lower right side of TV).

Reconnect the TV power cord to the wall outlet.

Turn on the TV.

b). Factory reset the TV.

Turn on the TV (if off)

Point the TV’s remote control unit towards the TV’s IR receiver window (lower right front) and press and hold the Up Arrow button on the remote control unit (in centre, navigating buttons) .

While still holding the button, press the Power button on the TV.

The TV should turn off then on again.

Release the Up arrow button on the remote.

If the above don’t work try the following to see if there is anything stored in the TV’s diagnostic memory that may give an indication of what is happening. Not sure if this will work though.
