Ice Maker leaking down front of freezer

The model shown is not my model but it’s the only one on this site. The model is Whirlpool GD2SHAXLT01 (a side by side). The little nipple at the end of the water tube that’s in the ice maker appears to have cracked. As a result, the ice maker fills, but it also drips water down the front of the freezer. Does anyone know if the nipple is a replaceable part or do I have to replace the entire water tube assembly? I searched many parts diagrams and couldn’t find the part number.
