My Xbox turns on makes a weird noise then shuts off

My Xbox 360 S will turn on, makes two quick weird noises then turns off. I don’t know how to fix it could someone please help me

what sort of noises does it make? and is there any red light that comes on on the power button?

@aussiepandah i cant describe the noise i have a video of it and no it does not show a red light
