PS4 being obnoxiously loud after cleanup?

My PS4 was never really loud! I just thought it was about time I cleaned the fan after 4 years of owning it. That's exactly what I did, took apart the power supply and started cleaning the fan with q-tips and a hair browdryer (cold setting). I found a HUGE CHUNK OF DUST made into one big ass pebble, so I took it off and cleaned the heatsink a bit more ( without really taking it apart, but I did shine a light and saw there wasn't anything left there). So I thought to myself, now it's gonna be even more quiet, but oh boy was I wrong!

I turned the console on and it was relatively quiet on the home screen obviously. It all started when I launched games to test it, and games like DS2 that never really made a sound started preparing my PS4 for launch?? I got really confused and quit the game to only find out it actually continue on the home screen for a bit and then drop. I legit have no clue what I did wrong. The PS4 itself is not really hot to the touch, just your standard warm when playing intensive games. It's just that the fan seems to be running at full speed for no reason! I did NOT replace thermal paste, but as I said, it wasn't loud to begin with before taking it apart. It DID, however, get insanely hot with really bad humidity in my country out of a sudden! Maybe that's a reason? I place my PS4 on my TV holder and haven't had issues prior to this.

I cannot bear this sound as it is pretty close to my sitting place and it's just very annoying when I play games. Almost like I can't play the game due to the sound...
