Green vertical lines once turned and Black screen wit red standby led

Hi everyone,

hope you’re doing well and safe! I have an issue with my LG 47lm670s tv Screen, once i turn it on it shows the LG logo with green vertical lines and it stays like that for some one minute and later it disappears living a thing green lines web in the whole screen and totally black with red standby by led flashing!! Pictures attached**

Would like to repair it but im curious if it’s the Power Supply board or Main one that could be the issue!
