Charging light on, laptop not turning on

I have a Pavilion Power - 15-cb050od. There is no removable battery as far as I know.

When I plug it in, the little light by the charging port turns on as if it’s charging. But there is no other lights, no sounds, nothing. It will not turn on. I’ve tried hard resetting it and got nothing. Tried the first few steps of restoring the BIOS but nothing ever popped up.

Is there anything I can do?
