It looks like a burnt diode or resistor. You will need someone who does micrsoldering to repair it. You can get the part from a donor board or order the parts online.

I would practice on dead boards and watch quite a few videos from jessa at iPad rehab ipadrehab.com and Jason at sts telecom ststelecom.com both have YouTube channels. You can pick up and entry level soldering station on Amazon. I would recommend the hakko fx 888d or if you want to go professional hakko fx951. Make sure to get a exhaust fan. They sell them on Amazon. You can also pick up practice boards to get your skills up. They cost about 5 to 10 dollars. It would also help if you have a microscope.
