Screen is blacked out, can see slight image when I use a flashlight.

Hello. I have a Vizio E70-E3 70” Smart TV (Not sure why it wasn't available in the menu for this question?) After a day of the TV being off, I turn it on to a dimmed screen, and after a little trouble shooting, found that with a flashlight I could see the screen barely. Now the menu is unusable, I have done a power reset, unplugged, everything I could see suggested. At this point I'm just trying to figure out what part to replace.

I have seen the backlight, inverter board, and power supply board suggested on multiple forums, but I want to narrow down what I need as to not waste money. I'm happy to supply the best pictures I can provide and work with anyone willing to help me problem solve this issue. Thank you very much in advance.
