I can charge iPhone with wall charger but computer wont recognize

After iTunes restore I lost all icons from iPhone. I can see just time, battery and network. All buttons respond correctly. I can charge iPhone with wall charger but computer wont recognize him. Now I'm unable to restore again.

Can somebody help me from this crazy situation?

Is this hardware problem?

Do I need to replace some parts to make iPhone again visible for iTunes?

When you say you lost all icons do you mean ALL your icons or just all your extras? Have you tried "reset all settings"?

What happens when you disconnect the phone from the wall charger? Does it stay on?

Philip, I mean all icons. No chance for reset all setting because no Settings icon.

Oldturkey yes after disconnecting from wall charger phone is on.

I had this issue with my iPhone 4. It would charge via AC Outlet or Car, but not be recognized nor charge when connected to a computer. I took it to the Apple store, they said it was due to corrosion on a few bottom data connector pins. After promising "I would never drop it again" they replaced it, but I have heard some have success cleaning the pins with rubbing alcohol and a QTip.
