My phone keeps freezing after a few minutes of use and even after charging, but home button and volume keys are working, only touch stops responding. After force reboot, the touch starts responding and after a few minutes it stops. I tried factory reset and everything except dfu restore.

This issue is usually caused by various reasons, such as outdated iOS, low free space, low battery and so on. Therefore, you can try many solutions to get rid of it. We don’t know what measures you have taken. Device firmware update is also feasible, you can try it.

If you have dropped it, internal hardware damage could be the problem. Not answering because I am not a genius on iphones

@catninja2009 I think its more of a software issue rather than hardware, I tried changing its folder but the problem keeps occurring.

Is the screen OEM or aftermarket? If it stops functioning after some use then it could be a hardware issue. I highly doubt it is a software issue causing it those DFU restores never work for me regardless. I would try using another screen.

@n0v0 screen is oem, I never dropped the phone, it was working and suddenly this problem started.
