My xbox one s has no sound or display what should I check?
My xbox one s has no audio or video what could be the the culprit of that what should I check ?

Look directly into the HDMI port and look to see if any pins are bent if they are you need and new HDMI port that requires soldering if they aren’t bent try a different cable if still nothing try a different port on the TV

No pins are bent but I took it apart to clean it and it was covered in dust all over in the hdmi ports and all could that be a problem to?
That seemed to be the problem after cleaning it and adding new thermal paste was it had dust inside the ports and all over everything inside and after cleaning it it works perfectly now!
I am glad it is working
