My laptop suddenly shuts down with blue screen?
hello!
this is sadaf from pakistan. I have an issue with my laptop dell latitude e7270. it suddenly stop working with blue screen and then restarts and give a notification of “no boot able device found”. upon restarting again and changing the boot sequence from hdd to USB or sometimes from USB TO HDD. it used to start again normally. i am not understanding whether it is a software issue or a hardware. as blue screen normally appears because of window 10 OS issue. But at the same time it start giving the no boot able notification and then fix it by changing the boot sequence. this confuses me so much. can you please assist me regarding this issue.

I would suggest running dell ePSA to check for your laptop hardware.
Restart your Dell PC.
When the Dell logo appears, press F12 key to enter One-time Boot Menu.
Use the arrow keys to select Diagnostics and press Enter key on the keyboard.
Follow the on-screen prompts and respond appropriately to complete the diagnostics.
