PC won’t boot after daughter turned off computer during software updat

Hi, my pc was updating and my daughter hit the power on the surge protector and shut everything down. Now i can’t boot, can’t get into bios, can’t get into recovery and the monitor doesn’t even pick up a signal when i turn the pc on. Tried Rebooting 3X for recovery, no go. LED on my motherboard now shows a DRAM issue, I took them out, cleaned them and replaced them. All 4 are 16GB Corsair with no issues before update crash. Please help

What is the model number of the motherboard? (I assume that it is a desktop and not a laptop as usually laptop's don't have LEDs on the motherboard)

If it is a desktop, try disconnecting the power from the PSU and removing the CMOS battery (coin cell battery)from the motherboard (remember the orientation - +ve on top usually) and then press and hold the power on button for 30 seconds to reset the BIOS back to factory default. Reinsert the CMOS battery, reconnect the power to the PSU and turn on the computer and try to get into BIOS or see if it boots at all or maybe into the repair menus

Other than that, check if you can connect a pc system speaker to the motherboard's system speaker header pins (check mobo user manual for location) and check if there is a POST error beep code at all.
