My daughter broke her 7th gen ipod touch screen. iFixit does not have a screen listed under then 7th gen ipod touch. However many other websites call a 5th/6th/7th gen ipod touch screen the same thing. I assume it will work, but I’d like for someone to conform. Thanks!

I got mixed answers from this old Is iPod touch 7 gen replacement screen same as 6th generation. Seems to suggest that using a 6th Generation display will work with the 7th generation iPod. Personally, I don’t know, so best of luck to you!
