everytime I pull the spark plugs out the are wet with fuel
Some problem but with fuel and my car with struggle to start everytime I pull the spark plugs out the are wet with fuel, what can I do?

Yessenia Rivera what exact year and engine size is your Altima? It sounds like your engine is flooding, so could be an air as well as timing issue. Have you done an OBD check yet? Autozone does them for free in most states. What have you checked?
