Why wont it charge any more?

Well Kathryn, depending on the age of the camera you have, it might just be a matter of replacing the battery. Camera battery prices range from $10.00 - $70.00. Another possibility could be that the charging port on the actual camera (the area where you insert the actual charging cord into the camera) might be loose from excessively inserting and removing the charging cord, in that case you are going to have to buy a new camera or send it to the manufacturer to get the port re-soldered.
