hello Nelk,
It looks like the front cam assembly is damaged. Need a test. The front camera is a set of several elements: a front camera (selfie camera), a proximity sensor, an ambient light sensor and ear speaker. Everything fastened on one flex. Quite cheap and easy to install.

The earpiece is a separate part that has a contact to the sensor ribbon. However, chances are that doesn't need replacing.
