Rear glass panel of the iPhone 4s and 4 the same?

they are not the same. dimension wise, they are. but as far as fitment goes, NOPE.

i jus bought a transformers back glass.

the two top clips that slide in to secure the back are in wrong place.

The iPhone 4s back glass has them slightly lower... at first i thought it was only one side so i cut that one off but as i slid the back on the glass cracked just below the camera window...

kinda gutted i took it off and cut that side clip off too then put it on... it fits now but i have a little crack near the camera window... but hey it was only £5 so it aint like it cost millions,,, if u do get one make sure you cut the left and right side top clips off then put it on....

also there is a tiny 1mm gap just around the top of my phone now... I'm guessing cuz i didn't cut the clips low enough that it sticks up a little hence the 1mm gap... but meh it looks cool still

Luckily, I have the verizon and att iphone 4 as well as the iphone 4S. The back cover from the att iphone didn't fir but the back from the verizon one did!

I have a Verizon Iphone 4 Black and a Verizon Iphone 4s White and I can verify that the back panels are exactly the same save for a small metal square on the iphone 4 which i assume is a type of heatsink? Check pictures online to see what I'm talking about.
