My S9 reboots over and over, with green horizontal lines flickering

Last night my phone froze while using it. From that point on it will only try and boot up, reach the ‘Samsung’ screen, then turn off and try to reboot again all by itself. While on the Samsung screen, there are some green lines flickering up and down kind of like the Matrix. But I can enter Recovery Mode and that screen works fine. The main reboot screen that shows ‘Powered by android’ is also perfectly normal with no graphical issues.

Is there any way to fix this problem and boot up my phone?
