My tab won't turn on

I have a Lenovo tab2 a10-30 which won't turn on…. The device doesn't respond normally and when plugged in to charge it will buzz and won't make it past the logo screen….

Hi,

Have you tried using a different compatible charger or charger cable to try and turn on the tablet and check if it works OK, you didn't say?
