Why is my JBL Tune 500 BT's not pairing to my computer?
It glows white but then turns blue. I checked all of the electronics in my house. None of them have Bluetooth on. I tried to reset it but it won’t reset. (IT ISN’T A JBL EVEREST ELITE 750 N, IT IS ACTUALLY A JBL TUNE 500 BT.)

How did you reset the headphones? Can you enter pairing mode?
