XBox One X turns off instantly

I got this xbox one x for free recently, pre own and I'm hoping to replace my old OG xbox one, the problem is the X1X doesn't boot, you press the power button and it will make a sound, flash and the shut off, so I replaced the PSU and still nothing, no fan spin up, doesn't even sound like the hdd is spinning up, I unplugged everything on the board minus the PSU and power button and still nothing, plugged a controller into it and it vibrates, so it obviously has power going through it, I've been googling around for some time but have gotten no answers that have helped, so I hope all the info I put in here will keep me from getting the same “power reset” hacks, I don't want to say it's some unfixable board issue but it probably is.
