Which displays are compatible?
Are the display assemblies for the 12” macbooks interchangeable? For example, a 2015 with a 2017? Thank you!

The display assemblies are all different!
2015 is different from the 2016 and the 2017 is different again!
- 2015 - Original design with butterfly keyboard
- 2016 - Butterfly keyboard with TrueTone added
- 2017 - Butterfly keyboard changed out to ‘Magic’ scissor keyboard which altered the lid for the added height with TrueTone
