Why can people hear me but I cant hear them?

When I make a call or someone calls me i have to use handsfree to be heard. Very annoying.

checked speaker on test works fine.

checked Reciever dont get dialling tone just blank white screen.

Any ideas don’t worry I fixed it. It was the ear speaker needed replacing.
