Wii not reading disks

Hey guys I have a Wii that isn’t reading disks.

with that in mind I did get a disk cleaning kit of eBay, tried that a few times with a Wii disk & it’s still coming up with the not able to read disks prompt & it sounds a bit clunky whilst it’s trying to read the disk as well. Maybe should I consider changing the lens or whatever?
