TV won't turn on and LED keeps blinking UN55D6050

I have a UN55d6050 Led just blinks when I plug in. I’ve replaced both the board and the power supply board on the right any other suggestions ? Update When I disconnect the power supply from the other board the backlight comes on. I replaced the board on the right side is there something I missing ?
