Won’t load since new router with 802.11ax. Help!
Bought a new router for fiber that is 802.11ax. My Grace Mondo loads but fails. Sent an email to Grace, so far no answer…

Does the radio connect to the router's WiFi network OK?
If not what is the make and model number of the router?
If so can you then connect to any internet radio station etc?
Not sure what you mean by "...loads but fails".
