Kindle fire stuck on "Fire" screen

One day the Kindle was just being slow, so I restarted it. I have left it on plugged in for a few days, and it is still stuck on the Fire screen. I have already tried factory resetting it, and it is still stuck there.

I’m thinking I probably have to use some third-party software but I don’t really know anything about things like that.
