Vertical black and white line

So I'm trying to buy a TV m80-d3 and it's got a vertical white / black line and it just kind of depends on what color the screen is or what it's showing sometimes it's white sometimes it's black I can post a picture of it here but does anybody know how to or have any experience with fixing something like this
