Which replacement battery should I get?

2.2 GHz (Turbo Boost up to 3.4 GHz), 2.5 GHz (Turbo Boost up to 3.7 GHz), or 2.8 GHz (Turbo Boost up to 4.0 GHz) quad-core Intel Core i7 processor with 6 MB shared L3 cache.

Which replacement battery should I get?

So my MacBook Pro 15" Retina A1398 (Mid 2015) A1398 needs a battery replacement.

I am so confused and can’t decide which one to get, since I haven’t found any with great reviews, some people are complaining about the Ifixit ones (which was my initial choice) same for those on amazon, the one that has somewhat decent reviews claims to have up to 500 charging cycles (which is so low comparing to the original one up to 1000)

then there is the Duracell, Newertech and Greencell

which one ??
