Hi,
My MacBook doesn't show the image, but the backlight, camera and sensors works. The image is also being displayed on an external monitor.
I've already restarted SMC and NVRAM
Has anyone been through this or know what it can be?

Ouch! The T-CON board which is part of the display has failed.
Sadly, you’ll need to replace the display assembly:

Second display in less than 1 year :(
I would recommend getting a good thermal monitoring app like TG Pro push the fan up a few notches when you are running the system hard. Also make sure you don't block the vents and you want to dust out the system focus on the fan blades and the heat sink fins.
