How do you remove the back cover?

When the phone is facing you, the SIM tray card is on top right hand corner area. It should have the SIM and SD Card tray with it.

Remove the sim card tray and pry off the back cover which aint easy. 2 small screw drivers and then pry around. If it wont charge try this first. On a Q-tip dipped in alcohol hold the phone upright and swab out the charge port. After cleaning allow it to dry. Thoroughly dry ! After it is dry hold it upright & brush it out with a soft brill tooth brush. Take your time, don’t compromise. Holding it upright allows all the debris to fall out. Charge it, if Lightning shows charging on screen Ok if not consider a new phone.

Sim tray is on side above power button. Release it pull it out replace sim and return. If you still need to remove cover pry apart only with sim tray removed. Start from the sim tray with pry tool giving a slight twist open at every point that hasn't pried

The SIM card holder tray on the A01 is above the power switch. No need to remove the back.

There's a small hole on the side for something like a pin, insert something small enough and that's where you place the sim card and micro sd card

You don't remove the back the side has a small hole that you put the sim ejector tool into push in and the tray will pop out you can then face your sim card down.
