Not cooling under 55°. Freezer works.

frig is cooled via a duct from the freezer. Sometimes there is a fan in the duct, or a flapper. Make sure the duct is open and fan working.

Might depend on the refrigerator model.
Some Samsung refrigerators, especially side by side models, have two evaporator units, one in each compartment to cool the compartments independently. The refrigerant flow to each is controlled by a valve in the sealed system so that if one compartment is cool enough the flow to that compartment can be stopped and it can still flow through to the other if necessary
