What is the model number of the PC?

Can you enter BIOS when first starting the PC? (usually press F10 when logo first comes on screen).

What OS is installed, Win 10, Win 8.1, Win 7 etc?

Can you start the PC in safe mode? Search online for "(insert OS type) safe mode" to find out how, e.g. Win 10 safe mode or Win 7 safe mode etc.

What have you tried?
