Earbuds Power On Normally, But Do Not Show Up On A Device's Bluetooth
Can someone help me out? does it due to hardware issues?

Hello! Usually, earbuds will not show up on another device's bluetooth list if they are paired to another device already. Check to make sure that your earbuds are not connected to any other devices and try again.
