My VTech base got lost during a move. I have two Hand Sets that are registered to that Base. I bought a new base. I can’t register them to the new base and I can’t deregister them from the lost base. The handsets say ‘out of range or no power at base’. The handsets are CS6609 and the base is CS6649. The old base was also CS6649.

tried this, it won't give me the menu. Continues to display "out of range or no power at base".
