e40 error in evercross electric scooter 350w
How do you fix the e40 error code on electric scooter from evercross? Everything works but the lcd screen which only shows e40 and the battery level. Doesn't show how fast your going or the gear your in. Any help would be great. Thanks

Which model ? Is it the HB23?

I'm not sure which model it is. The colors are neon green and matte black if that helps. If you was to search the bike I'm talking about it will take you right to the picture of the bike. Do you know where the model number would be on the bike?

Model and serial numbers are usually somewhere on a label on the underside of the scooter.
Unfortunately Evercross's web site has virtually no documentation. Have you purchased it recently? If so take it back to dealer. Surely they will know what the code means.
The dealer I bought my Segway Ninebot KickScooter E45 from was very helpful. The Segway web site also has a downloadable manual and troubleshooting guide. But that doesn't help you. Take it back to dealer. I don't know what is up with Evercross.
