How to find faults on my powersupply

My power supply is dead, i took apart and the fuse is ok, and bottom of the power supply has various voltage, but upper part where big connector is is dead.

All caps seems ok no leak anywhere

can anyone tell where to begin find faults on the PS

is there any common faults this this power supply that people know off?

Problem analysis depends on power supply basic system: modern units use high voltage rectification, incoming AC is rectified to DC usually by often only one diode and filtering elcap. Next step is a transistorized high frequency multivibrator, often working at ultrasonic frquencies; this step gives an AC for stepdown transformation in a small transformer usually with ferrite filling, Another rectifier step, sometimes with single voltage output control IC results in output voltage. Input is normally via fuse, often a variety looking like a resistor, a possible cause of failure.

Troubleshooting should start at AC input and follow the various stages mentioned.

I know the main fuse is okey, i got various DC voltage at the bottom half of the PS but top bottom of the PS is dead, it must be some IC or diode that is faulty, but i cant be sure
