When opening makes sticky noise
So I recently had an accidental spill of soda on my macbook…
Apple fixed it their service depots in Memphis Tennessee and sent it back to me and now every time I open and close it after letting it sit for a few hours it makes a sticky noise my husband thinks it might be the ribbons were the hinges and I was wondering if anybody knows how to fix this problem without taking it apart or sending it the Apple waiting even longer for further repairs that they didn't seem to completely do in the first place.
They also supposedly fixed the TouchID button but that seems to be sticky as well I tried doing my best to clean it but it still feels and sounds very sticky when opening the system and playing around with the button seems to fix the problem for a little bit and then it goes back to sticky after leaving it alone for a while

To start with the 2010 13" model doesn't have a TouchID so we are clearly talking about a different system!
So when did you buy the system and are you sure its a 13" not a 15"?
We really need to correctly ID your system before we can aim you to what's needed.
Think of it this way you have a VW beetle and I aim you to a Chevy 4x4 engine overhaul not very useful is it!
