Heat Sink Screw Casing Has Come Loose From the Board

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with repairing the screw casings on the MacBook Pro Retina Display. Unfortunately as I was taking the lower cover off to do some cleaning for the first time, I noticed one of the 4 “winged” heat sink screw casings came detached (Screw still threaded into it properly). From what I’ve been able to find online, this appears to be somewhat common however I have yet to read any proper instructions on how/if it can be repaired. Here’s some images of what I’m dealing with:

So if anyone can help a new diy repair guy out it would be much appreciated!

They are only soldered to the board. To repair properly you would need a soldering iron, solder, flux and hot air station. There’s a video on YouTube of this repair I think by adamant it
