I dropped this phone from about one and a half feet up and now there are three clusters of rainbow pixels. I have tried JScreenFix for over 15 minutes but that didnt work. The phone is brand new with a screen protecter and an OtterBox case.

No. You’ll need to get the screen replaced, it is physically damaged.
